Chanel is an absolute hair wizard - the pictures speak for themselves. I am really indecisive when it comes to my hair, and Chanel took the time to guide me to the perfect cut and color for me. She also gave me awesome advice for my daily hair care routine. I can’t say enough great things about Chanel - she just has a great vibe and is super fun to chat with. I’m so thrilled with my haircut! Chanel put so much care and thought into every detail, and it really showed. Carla flew to Tulum for my destination wedding and I truly cannot imagine the day without her. The wildest part? We had never even met in person! I had only known of her through friends. Meeting for the first time on my wedding weekend and having her execute my vision perfectly was truly elite. She inserted my clip-in extensions flawlessly and made them look completely natural- no visible tracks, no heaviness, just seamless, beautiful hair that felt like my own. The blend was perfect in photos and in person. What really set her apart was her presence throughout the entire day. She stayed during my photo session to ensure every strand was exactly where it needed to be, gave consistent touch-ups, and even throughout the evening made sure my hair looked soft, polished, and camera-ready. I never once had to think about it. Carla is talented, precise, calm under pressure, and deeply professional. To meet a bride for the first time and absolutely nail the look is next-level skill. Always the best service provided by Annette. She has been taking care of my hair needs and wants since the day I met her a little over a year ago and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is the one and only I have trusted to do anything major and make any change to my hair color. Without telling her what I want she always gets it right. Making sure my hair is healthy, taking her time and always being very detailed. I look forward to my hair appointments with her, the location is super convenient, parking is easy, the salon and other staff always very professional and welcoming. Making it so easy to have the best experience possible. Can’t wait for my next appointment with her!

The salon itself is beautiful — modern, clean and very well organized. I especially love the outdoor patio, which makes waiting during color treatments so much more relaxing than sitting in a loud salon. And to top it off, they even have a salon dog, which is such a wonderful bonus! If you’re looking for a stylist you can trust and a salon that feels welcoming and up-to-date, I can’t recommend Carley and this new space enough! I’ve been seeing Carley for over 5 years, and she’s the only stylist I fully trust with my hair. When I was struggling with hair loss and slow growth, she helped me recover my hair and now I’m back to having my long lob again. I couldn’t be more grateful, which is why I followed her to this new salon.
